I was able to get to 75 out of 85 HOWEVER I was not able to get into this gosh awful game to complete the challenge. Is this the way Pogo wants to run this site? Wouldn't you think they would check out the game capacity before setting a challenge? I believe I should get a complete on this challenge after all I was able to complete 75 out of 85 even with the POGO way this game functioned.

Some times I can get to level 13 before it freezes. I have cleared the cache and all the cookies, everything is up to date....so what the world is wrong?

I had misgivings about playing new game, but I like it. It usually takes up to an hour to get game loaded, which is way too longgggggggggggggggg. I wonder about "Sushi cat" next week. Another new game LOL. Pogo gets us to play these new games by making them weekly challenges. Very smart on their end, frustrating on ours. LOL hagd and GOOD LUCK ALL.

I have reset Flash and Java, deleted temporary files, and uninstall/reinstall Chrome. Nothing worked. Then I right clicked on the START button and clicked on "Open in incognito window". The game loaded there. Once it loaded I signed in and have been able to play ever since. If you never log out of Pogo the newer games do not load correctly. Suggestion: log out of Pogo, get on site as visitor, then after game opens sign back in under your username. Good luck.

If you can clear all of the balls you will get an extra life. I find level 3 and 8 this easiest to do this on. With the 2 curves it is easy to work on one and let the other one go for a little bit. Aim with your cursor---Do Not try to aim with the frog! You need 68,650 matches to get to Rank 10 and the first badge. Not points----Matches! Here are some more tips about bonus balls and such as that Ball Points Exploded balls are worth 10 points each. Combo Bonus A combo is when multiple explosions are triggered with one shot. The first explosion is scored normally. The second gives a bonus of 100 points, the third 200, the fourth 300, and so on. Chain Bonus A chain is created when at least five subsequent shots generate five subsequent explosions. At the 5th explosion a bonus of 100 points is awarded. The bonus for every subsequent explosion is calculated by taking the previous bonus and adding 10 points. So the bonus for the fifth explosion would be 100, the 6th would be 110, the 7th would be 120, and so on. Gap Bonus If a gap is created along the curve, a ball can be fired through the gap to cause an explosion on the other side. The bonus ranges from 10 to 500 points. A large gap is worth 10 points, while something closer to the size of the ball is worth 500. If multiple gaps are cleared in a single shot, the best of the bonuses is multiplied by the number of gaps to figure the scoring bonus. Fruit Bonus Another way to score points is by shooting fruit that appear in certain areas along the curve. If a fruit is shot, a bonus of 1/6th the level's target score (rounded down to the nearest hundred) is gained. The lowest possible fruit value is 500 points regardless of the target score. The target score is equal to the number of points needed to fill the Zuma meter. End Level Bonus A bonus is given based on the distance from the last destroyed ball to the entrance of the skull's mouth. An award of 100 points per 60 pixels is given. Ace Time Bonus The player's time to clear the level is pitted against a unique and static Ace Time. If the time is equal to the Ace Time, an award of 100 points is awarded. If the Ace Time is beaten (not tied) the difference, measured as a percentage between the two times, is multiplied by 25,000 and awarded in addition to the initial 100 points. If the time was not beaten, no bonus is awarded. Types of power-ups: Slowdown Power-up: All of the balls slow down. Explosion Power-up: This will cause a huge blast, destroying all balls in its radius. Reverse Power-up: This will cause all the balls to move backwards for a moment. Accuracy Power-up: This will give your frog an aiming beam and increased firing speed. Laser Power-up: This will give your frog a laser-like blast that instantly destroys any ball or fruit it hits. Tri Shot Power-up: Launch 3 cannons in a spread that smashes through all balls in its way. That's about all I know about Zuma.

I have done all of the suggested things and some games (like this Zuma game) simply don't work. I have Firefox, IE, and Google Chrome. Doesn't work on any of them. However, some embedded games do work such as poppit and majhong safari. It's pretty much any new game that gets added (Bejeweled Deluxe or whatever it's called, for example). I've cancelled my automatic renewal and changed my subscription to a 3-month one instead. I want to see if Pogo can clean all this up. If they can, great! I'll continue to renew annually. If not, well, I've given them 3 months. I think that's fair, don't you?

When level is complete, the score page does not show up and the little frog just sits there. Have tried esc button, nada, main menu and back to game, nada, start over from start. It does not happen on the same level. The bamboo screen shows and then back to where I played. Nothing to shoot at. Would like to make ranks. I appreciate what u r doing to help solve our problems. It is probably as frustrating for you as it is for us. Good luck on it. Hope to play it again soon.
